Our doorknob to the backyard stopped opening the door, even though it would turn. The mechanisms inside the knob ended up being broken, and the innards of the knob were stuck inside our door. EZ In was able to send out Frank in less than an hour, and he quickly got the job done. The pricing was very fair, Frank was kind and professional, and I am pleased with a job well done.

Frank came out to fix my front door lock which was not working very well.He was on time and very personable. Frank fixed the issue and also fixed the deadbolt. Whoever installed it put it on backwards. Fast, efficient, and very nice to work with. Would highly recommend.

I own a fairly rare Mitsubishi model, and after calling four different locksmiths on a SUNDAY mind you, I had called EZ IN Locksmith over at 3110 boychuk ave unit 467-j and was patched through to Nick. Now when I tell you Nick does good work, I mean he does GOOD work, Nick spent 10min scouring the internet for the specs on my key. Not more than 10min after my key was ready. Help me get into my car at the airport after being locked out. My car battery was dead and the manual key didn't work because the door cylinder was busted. Based upon Yelp ratings I contacted this locksmith a couple months ago asking for help getting a locked ignition on my wife's Lexus RX 400h repaired. They told me that rather than replacing random parts myself and fixing or not fixing the problem I should just let them figure out the problem. We let it go for a while (big costly and time involved mistake on our part because it failed again). I contacted them again and Brad came out and figured out the problem, made the fix and we are back on the road again for less money than me buying parts and doing it myself would have been! I lost my only key to my car last night and I spent all night into this morning to afternoon trying to find someone to help me get a new key. Business after business kept telling me that the could not help me at all, I was in a bind and was so frustrated. My dad had called EZ in locksmith and talked to Brad and he said they can help us with what they needed.They kept in constant contact with us and even though they were super busy they still were able to fit us in and get the job done quick! I was extremely satisfied with my service from EZ IN locksmiths!! I would most definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. My daughter somehow had the fob part of her 2015 Subaru Legacy fall off the emergency key inside which was the part connected to keychain. She went to get into her car and noticed the doors weren’t unlocking like normal. She pulled out her keys and found only the silver key hanging on her keychain. We found that key is completely useless except to unlock the door (which sets of the alarm). We bought the car used and only had 1 key. Our 1st call was to Subaru who told us we’d have to have car towed to them and it would be approx $2500 to have 2 keys made. I called a few other locksmiths before EZ IN and EZ IN was most helpful, reasonable and professional. They had to order in the subaru fobs. Called me back as soon as they arrived and scheduled time to meet my daughter at her car later that afternoon. They where on time and called to let my daughter know they were there so she could meet him at car. Very nice, professional and quick! We couldn’t be happier with the service provided!

Chad came out after hours in the cold and made a new key fob for her car and made it so the old key wouldn't work anymore so the thief couldn't steal the car in the future. He was very professional and quick. This saved us a huge headache by not having to get it towed and ordering a new key from BMW. Especially since other locksmiths said it couldn't be done. I highly recommend this company.

When I called today at 11 am today, I immediately got a real person. I was surprised he could be at my home in two hours for a non emergency (but very important). He arrived almost to the minute. He immediately went to work, replacement of my front door lock with an electronic lock. He programmed my preferred codes and triple checked to be sure, then explained them to me. Then my garage remotes needed to be programmed for a newer security code. He did the outside keypad, triple checked, then my two small remotes, then my car sun visor keypad. What a genius, friendly too. Amazing I told him the bill was too low (I really did, I expected more, from previous companies). He is based in Security Widefield area, the hard working employees. I never thought I could easily find someone that hit all 5 stars. I programmed his information for future use.

When I called they didnt answer but called right back which I was happy with. Then the gentlemen said he would have someone out in 30 min. Which was fine. Then we got a call from the technician 15 minutes later telling me he had to eat his dinner before he came out to help me which I was late for work already. The technician said he would be there in 15 minutes when he called. As I was waiting it had been 30 minutes since the technician called. So I called him back at that point to see his ETA. He answered the phone "Hey homeboy I'm on my way" and told me he was just getting in his car which was literally 10 minutes from my location. Only because he told me where he was at. The experience started well until the technician got on the phone and ended up waiting over an hour. In the long run Brad reached out to me the next day and made sure I was happy with the service and gave me some money back on my service. I was pleased how the company followed up with the customer service. Brad made things right! I appreciate that being in a customer service industry myself.

I called up EZ IN Locksmith from the Airport at 12:15am stating I forgot my house key at my extended family's house in another state. The representative that picked up the phone was direct, well spoken and gave me an honest estimate to bring someone out at such a late hour. Within minutes a Technician called me and said they were on the way. They arrived in less than 20 minutes and worked on my lock. The technician gave me some options to go about how they can deal with the issue. And we opted to have the lock drilled and then replaced. Since I live in an apartment complex this was not Ideal but the technician assured me that as long as I had a spare in the house, they could replace the lock like new and make it so that the key given by the apartment will work. Not only did things go off without a hitch. but within the hour we were in the house had the lock replaced as if it had never been touched and they tested it to make sure it worked with the existing key. I was able to sleep in my bed and was able to get to work on time the next day. I would hands down recommend this service and company to ANYBODY who is in a pinch in the wee hours of the morning. Because while everybody was asleep they were there for me when I thought I had no options.

      I've used this company twice now - once to get into my house and once to make a new key fob for my car.
    Any time you are locked out of home or car, it's stressful and you need someone to respond FAST.
    EZ IN responds immediately via several websites, texts, or phone calls. The guys who have come out were seasoned locksmiths. When locked out of the house, my phone was inside and all I had was my ipad to access the internet. I was able to message back and forth and schedule a tech via the Yelp website. A guy came out within an hour or so.
    The owner, Brad, is knowledgeable and helpful and keeps the rates really reasonable.
    The Subaru dealership at one point told me that it would be $1200 and my car might need to be towed to the dealership. Ummmm, not an option.
    EZ IN ordered the key fob and programmed it for $250.

      This guy it says one price and he charge a different price he's over charging I not recommend this customer at all he tried to tell me my 2008 Scion XB is a chip key and it's not all it is just a metal key over charge me 200 and some dollars I went with someone else and they charge me Ani hundred dollars that's a reasonable price

    I then scheduled an appointment to get a key created for my motorcycle. Brad, the owner, showed up early right at my doorstep. Very down to earth guy. Greeted me and went straight to work. Within minutes, he had a tumbler out and began creating a key for me. Due to a janky ignition switch on my motorcycle, it took a couple tries to get a key to fit in smoothly. He was respectful of my bike and knows his stuff! He also made a key copy for my car and front door!

    I would highly recommend EZ In Locksmith for your lockout emergencies or lock and key needs! He can do modern key fobs and older car keys like mine. He also guarantees every product he sells. Batteries and all!

      Brad was able to accommodate my same day request. Once he arrived, he was quick and efficient. I truly appreciate him making sure everything was right with the 2 door re-keys. I would recommend Brad for any future locksmithing I may need.

      Brad can reproduce and program chipped ignition keys!!! He arrived within half an hour of me calling him for a quote and it ended up being $50 cheaper than the first two places I called. He was very kind and courteous and even jumped my car for me and was done within 20 minutes of arrival. Great service! If you need a locksmith, Brad's your guy!
